301 Spa: relax in nature by the river and rejuvenate and pamper yourself and your special one at the spa. This is the perfect getaway featuring accommodation in an historic home and a modern new spa addition offering a variety of services, including services personalized for you. Less than a 10-minute walk from Odell Park where you can explore trails and bath in nature along the trails exploring the old growth forest.
Package includes(based on double occupancy):
- One night’s accommodation for two in a deluxe suite with King sized bed or two beds, sitting room and deluxe bathroom with Jacuzzi tub.
- One hour full body massages (couple massage) for two in 301 Spa. $10 off for any other services you book, like facial; manicure; pedicure & wax or laser. Booking in advance is highly recommended
- Home-cooked Breakfast for two

- Free access to our riverside beach and use of recreational equipment

Outdoor lovers, Winter Fun Ski and Skate Package offered by By The River B&B is the nice winter getaway in Fredericton. Which includes accommodations and major attractions.
Crabbe Mountain is the best skiing and snowboarding terrain with the largest vertical drop in Atlantic Canada. Located about 40 minutes from Fredericton, there are trails for all ages and skill levels.
Mactaquac Provincial Park is a full day of fun, FREE activities for all ages. Try cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, skating, sledging and ice sculpting .
